Overwhelm users with excessive options
Require manual comparison across multiple services
Lack personalization in recommendations
Users are forced to navigate fragmented information spread across multiple platforms, interfaces, and formats—such as comparing flights on one site, checking train availability on another, and reviewing prices or timings elsewhere. This lack of consolidation disrupts the user journey, requiring constant context-switching and manual comparison. As a result, users expend significant cognitive effort trying to evaluate options, leading to decision fatigue, slower booking processes, and reduced confidence in their final choice.
