During my third year of engineering, I designed a mobile app that lets users browse the latest, popular, and upcoming movies while also enabling ticket bookings.
This freelance project honed my skills in app development and UI design.

Design Process :

Design Process :

1. Understanding the Problem
I started by talking to users—what frustrates them about booking movie tickets? Slow UI, too many steps, bad seat selection? I also studied competitors to find gaps and opportunities.

2. Sketching & Wireframing

Before jumping into Figma, I sketched rough ideas to define the flow. Low-fidelity wireframes helped me test layouts and simplify navigation.

3. Prototyping & Iterations

I built a high-fidelity prototype with a dark, cinematic theme. Testing with users revealed pain points—button placements, seat selection clarity—which I refined for better usability.

4. Visual Design

Colors, fonts, and icons weren’t just aesthetic choices—they set the mood. A sleek black-and-red theme created a theater-like feel, while intuitive icons and typography ensured clarity.

5. Final Polish

After multiple refinements, I prepped a developer-friendly Figma file, ensuring smooth handoff. The goal? A seamless, exciting movie booking experience. 🎬
